Zivia Return and Exchange Policy
At Zivia, we aim to ensure a satisfying shopping experience for our customers. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help with returns, exchanges, or replacements under the following conditions:
1. 7-Day Return & Exchange Policy
- Time Frame: You can request a return or exchange within 7 days from the date of delivery.

Product Defect or Issue:
If there is any defect in the product or any issue such as damage, wrong item, or quality problem, we will assist you with either a:- Full Refund
- Product Replacement
- Exchange with any other product available on our website
Note: In such cases, no additional charges will be applied, and Zivia will cover the shipping fees for both forward and reverse couriers.

Other Reasons (No Defect):
If you wish to return the product for personal reasons (such as a change of mind) and the product is in perfect condition:- Exchange: You can opt for an exchange with another product from our collection.
- Return with Courier Charge Deduction: If you still wish to return the product, we will deduct Rs 300 to cover forward and reverse courier charges. The remaining amount will be refunded to you.
3. Conditions for Return or Exchange

Product Condition:
- The product must be unused, undamaged, and in the same condition as received, along with all original packaging and tags.

Unboxing Video Required:
- An unboxing video is mandatory for all return, replacement, or exchange requests. This video helps us ensure the product was received as described and supports a smooth process for handling your request.
4. How to Return, Replace, or Exchange: Step-by-Step

Email Us:
Send an email to ziviafashions@gmail.com with your order details (order number, product name, and the reason for return/exchange). Attach the unboxing video in the email. -
Approval & Instructions:
Once we review your request, we will confirm if the return/exchange is approved. If approved, we will send you detailed instructions on the return process. -
Pack the Product:
Securely pack the product in its original packaging, ensuring it is safe for transit. -
Return Shipment:
We will arrange for the reverse pickup of the product (in applicable cases). -
Refund or Exchange Processing:
- For refunds: After receiving and inspecting the product, your refund will be processed, deducting Rs 300 for the courier charges if applicable. The refund will be credited to your original payment method.
- For exchanges: We will dispatch your requested exchange product upon receiving the returned item.
5. Additional Notes:
- Zivia reserves the right to refuse any return/exchange if the product is found to be used or damaged by the customer.
- Refunds may take 5-7 working days to reflect in your account after the return is approved.
